All of 5 minutes

I've left myself only 5 minutes today to blog, so quickly...

M was playing with K's dollhouse with all it's pieces and parts... we are seeing symbolic play!

M is beginning to act shy when she is around adults she doesn't see often. Now that's a huge social step.

I just had to leave a comment and say "hi." I just came across your blog from "Always Wanted Four" and think we live in the same neck of the woods! Well, probably really close. (We are in Aptos--you are clearly in the hills, but that's close enough!) I am a fellow blogger, also living in a little house under the redwoods, and it was a fun little surprise tonight to stumble upon you. Adoptive moms are tools of redemption, and I have such a heart for all of you. If you are ever free for a few minutes, please feel free to stop by my blog--lots of blogs on my sidebar you might find interesting, esp. of parents who have adoptive autistic kids and who are going gluten/casein free! Have a wonderful week--hope it stays sunny. : )

Thanks for stopping by and saying hi! A few of the blogs I would recommend you take a look at first: Urban Servant, Coffee Catharsis (and Kari's GFCF blog), Recovering Noah, Welcome to My Brain, A Bushel and a Peck, Creating My Own Little Nirvana. Some of these moms write things that I think might be useful for you, and some are just inspiring. Lots of exciting Russian adoption stories happening right now, too!
And I hope you don't mind, but I added you to the roll, so we don't lose touch. : ) Please leave a comment anytime, and please let me know if you ever want a playdate!
