Lawn Done!

They brought the sod yesterday morning and within an hour had half of it laid.

I didn't get to see them finish, as I was meeting ipm for lunch at Gayle's in Capitola. Wonderful company, and a wonderful lunch too!

We came home after school to see the finished result... oh it's lovely! I can't wait for it to take hold so we can actually walk on it. But for now we run around the path and admire it.



The rest of weekend and next we will fix up the beds around the lawn, drippers and mulch. Then I'll get started on my vegetable garden.
